SWIM WITH A MISSION PRESENTS

SWAM REMEMBERS

An effort to recognize and remember the men and women New Hampshire has lost in service.

The “Swam Remembers” initiative honors the 96 New Hampshire service members who have died in service to our country during the Global War On Terror, that started in reaction to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. This Honor Wall pays tribute to these service members who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We all truly owe a debt to our fallen heroes that we can never repay. May we never forget that our freedom isn’t free and always remember to say their names.

Help us to keep the memory of our fallen heroes alive.

The Honor Wall

Never Forget Plaques

Never Forget Plaques were created as a way to further honor these service members, and each is custom made to honor one of our 96 fallen soldiers. As of August 2023, over 300 have been purchased and displayed in businesses across our great state of New Hampshire, making it possible for all who witness it, to learn more about a soldier and our mission to honor their memory. They come in sizes ranging from small (14 x 11) to X-Large (27 x 21.2), and can be purchased at any time.

A Book on NH Veterans
Portraits of Sacrifice and Bravery

For two years the team at SWAM worked on a special book that features stories and photographs of our Veterans living in New Hampshire. We selected 55 Veterans that represent the diversity of all our NH Veterans, so from every branch, every era, every rank, and every conflict served in. The book is formatted as a large coffee table size that features the Veterans portrait on one side of the page and his or her story on the following page. The purpose of the book is to provide the public with a better sense of the service and sacrifices our Veterans have made for our country. Purchase your copy today!
